Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of software and services developed or operated by KaiSoft Labs, including KaiLink.

KaiLink is an experimental software project designed to connect AI-assisted workflows with external systems, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, messaging systems, automation tools, and related infrastructure.

By using KaiLink, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, systems, files, and data you are authorized to access.

KaiLink is provided on an experimental and evolving basis. Features may change, break, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. The software may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or interruptions.

KaiSoft Labs makes no guarantee that KaiLink will be continuously available, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant to KaiLink and for maintaining appropriate backups of important data. You should not rely on KaiLink as the sole system for preserving critical information.

You may not use KaiLink to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data, or to violate the rights of another person or organization.

KaiSoft Labs is not responsible for losses, damages, corrupted data, missed messages, service interruptions, third-party outages, or other consequences resulting from use of KaiLink, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

KaiLink may depend on third-party platforms and services, including Google services. Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, limits, and availability.

KaiSoft Labs may suspend, modify, or discontinue KaiLink or any related service at any time.

These Terms may be updated as KaiLink changes. Continued use of KaiLink after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
