KaiSoft Labs develops experimental software, robotics, automation, and AI-related tools, including KaiLink.

KaiLink uses Google APIs to access specific Google Drive and Google Sheets resources authorized by the user. This access is used only to support KaiLink’s core functionality, including reading and writing bridge data, handling application messages, and accessing files required by the system.

KaiSoft Labs only requests access to Google data that is needed for the application to function. Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.

Google user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing KaiLink functionality. Google Workspace API data is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

KaiLink may temporarily store or process information in Google Sheets, Google Drive, local application storage, or related infrastructure as required for normal operation. Data retention may vary by feature and system configuration. Temporary files, bridge records, logs, and attachments may be removed automatically as part of normal maintenance.

KaiSoft Labs does not intentionally disclose Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide the requested application functionality, comply with law, protect the security of the service, or with the user’s explicit consent.

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored credentials, tokens, and application data. However, no computer system or network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users may revoke KaiLink’s access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access may prevent some or all KaiLink features from functioning.
